I got my free credit score from Turbo, but now all the information I entered in TurboTax is gone?

Don’t worry, your TurboTax account hasn’t gone anywhere. 

You may have logged into Turbo to get your free credit score with your existing Turbo account or created a new account, rather than using your existing Turbo Tax ID and password, which caused you to be signed out of your active Turbo Tax account.

Let’s get you back into your active TurboTax account in the mobile app. 

After you return to TurboTax from Turbo:

  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left.
  2. Select App Settings, and tap Sign Out.
  3. Now log into the TurboTax Mobile App with the User ID and password you always use to work on your return.
