Why can’t I clear and start over?
There are a few reasons why you wouldn’t be able to clear and start over in your TurboTax Online account.
- You’re using a free TurboTax product and have already registered (free users are asked to register their accounts before they file).
- You’re using a paid version of TurboTax and have already paid.
- You’re in the mobile app. (If you’re using the mobile app, log in to your TurboTax account from a browser instead.)
