Why am I getting "For your security we logged you out" error?
Some customers are getting the message " For your security we have logged you out. We do this automatically if you haven't used TurboTax in the last 20 minutes. Please login again" when attempting to log into their account.
We are aware of the issue and are unable to resolve for this tax season. In order to workaround please create a new TurboTax Online account, or contact us to receive a desktop product to complete your taxes. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your continued support.
