My question has changed for my scheduled call. Will the tax expert still be able to help me?

Of course we’ll still help, but you’ll need to cancel your current appointment and create a new one so we can connect you with the expert who can best answer your new question.

  1. Click or tap here to cancel your current appointment.
  2. Once you've canceled, click or tap Back.
  3. Click or tap the Contact us button on the right.
  4. Ask your tax-related question, then click or tap Continue.
  5. Select Schedule a call and follow the onscreen instructions.
