1099-G state refund data entry is as follows:

1. Personal tab (Federal Taxes in Free/Deluxe/Premier)

2.  Wages & Income, Jump to Full list (I'll choose what I work on for cd/download users)

3. Scroll down to Other Common Income

4. Select State and Local Tax Refunds on Form 1099-G and follow interview questions.
