I'm taking the standard deduction. Is there still a benefit to fill out the HSA and medical questions under federal deductions? Can I still get money back for an HSA even if you use standard deductions?"

You should enter your HSA information even if you are taking the standard deduction.  The benefits from having an HSA account are calculated separately from the itemized deduction calculation.
