TurboTax Online: Blank Screen When Entering Service Code

If the Personal Info section in TurboTax Online is not completed, entering a service code may result in a blank screen.

To resolve this issue, return to the Personal Info section and complete the interview until you reach the Personal info summary screen, then return to the File section and re-enter the service code.
