TurboTax Online: "We Could Not Efile Your Return For The Following Reason" - No Reason Given

Some customers have reported getting an error message when trying to transmit their return in TurboTax Online - "We Could Not Efile Your Return For The Following Reason" - but no reason is given.

Workaround

This error occurs when there is no email address registered in your account. In this case, it's not possible to add the email address through the website. Please contact us so we can help you resolve this issue. Make sure the account owner is the person making the call.
