I entered W2 box 12 HSA employer contributions and 1099-SA info for distributions, do I put either of these amounts as medical reimbursements?

No, there is nothing else that you need to do.

Your HSA contributions were made pre-tax and have already been accounted for.

If you entered your Form 1099-SA and indicate whether or not it was for eligible medical expenses, that has been accounted for.

There is nothing additional to enter for this situation.
