Do I need to report my Supplemental Security Income (SSI)?

Not on your federal tax return. Per IRS Publication 907:

Social security benefits do not include SSI payments, which are not taxable. Do not include these payments in your income.

A handful of states use SSI for various tax calculations. Your state program will let you know if you need to enter your SSI.
