Why can't I get a NetSpend Premier® Visa® Prepaid Card?

There are two possible reasons you're not able to get a NetSpend Premier® Visa® Prepaid Card:

  1. You're using the TurboTax CD/Download software, TurboTax Freedom Edition, or the mobile app.
    • Only TurboTax Online offers the NetSpend Premier® Visa® Prepaid Card.
  2. Your NetSpend application was not able to be approved or completely processed.
    • For help, call NetSpend at 1-855-646-8848. TurboTax cannot assist with problems specific to the NetSpend Premier® Visa® Prepaid Card.

The NetSpend Premier® Visa® Prepaid Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. NetSpend, a TSYS® Company, is a registered agent of The Bancorp Bank. This card may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Certain products and services may be licensed under U.S. Patent Nos. 6,000,608 and 6,189,787. Use of the Card Account is subject to activation, ID verification and funds availability. Transaction fees, terms, and conditions apply to the use and reloading of the Card Account.
