TurboTax for Windows Disappears on Launch

TurboTax for Windows disappears after launching, with no error message.


Please try the following steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Right-click the TurboTax icon on your desktop, and select Properties.
  2. On the Compatibility tab, check the box that says "Run as Administrator"
  3. Select OK to close the window and try launching TurboTax again.
