How do I get access to My Docs?

To access the full benefits of My Docs (see the benefits in Related Information below), follow these instructions: 

If you have already paid for TurboTax Online Deluxe, Premier, Self-Employed, or PLUS:

  1. Sign in to TurboTax but don't open your tax return.
  2. Click My TurboTax in the upper left, and then select My Docs.

If you haven't paid yet:

You automatically get access to My Docs once you've paid for TurboTax Online Deluxe, Premier, Self-Employed, or PLUS.

If you're using the Federal Free Edition, you can get access to My Docs after adding PLUS and paying for it.

If you have more than one TurboTax account, and you don’t see the documents you expect in My Docs, make sure you're signed in to the right account.
