How to Allow a Support Professional to View Your Screen

As a service to our Customers, Intuit provides the technology and assistance necessary to help you in resolving any issues you may be experiencing with Intuit’s tax preparation software via a remote desktop sharing application.

Based on our conversation, we have requested access to your computer via this remote sharing application to help resolve the outstanding issue that you reported.

By clicking OK to the message that an Expert would like to activate Advanced Co Browsing, you agree to allow the TurboTax Support Agent to view your computer's screen remotely until either you or the Agent chooses to end the session.
