Error 67186429: Internet connection
Error 67186429: Internet connection can occur when you are trying to connect to the Internet through TurboTax, for example when e-filing or updating your program.
Try each solution below. After each, see if TurboTax can connect to the Internet to complete your task (e.g., e-filing). If it can't, go to the next one.
- Turn off virus-protection.
- Update the Internet Connection client:
- Download and save ICUpdate.exe on your desktop.
- Double-click the download, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
- Install the latest version of Internet Explorer.
- Start Windows in Selective Startup mode and then open TurboTax.
