    It is showing you are using the Online version:  right now the cost for Premier (federal return) is $49.99 (soon to go up to $74.99), if you prepare a State return the cost is $36.99 (soon to go up to $39.99), efile is included for both.  If you choose to pay your TurboTax fees from your Federal refund there is an additional charge of $29.99 for the service (you can choose to pay by credit card or direct debit to avoid the additional charge)

      If you go to you can do your taxes (Federal) on-line for $49.99, the state is an extra charge.
      If you order the CD from, the Premier is $89.99 for both the Federal and State.  The Federal will be free to e-file; but the State will cost you extra to e-file.  You can also print out the state portion and mail it in free of charge.
