Where is my turbo tax card?

IRS.gov says my refund will be deposited today, the 28th, but I haven't received my tt card yet? Why haven't I gotten my card in the mail or a email saying its on the way? I found last years turbo tax card, is it to late to have it deposited to that card?

    • Okay what most people don't realize is yes they say 7 to 10 days but they are bussness days saturday and sunday do not count thats what is confusing everyone if you don't receive your card by the 10th bussness day then you should call and report your card never received but you have to wait 7 to 10 bussness days for your card to arrive.

    • OK whats up turbotaxcard? Call customer service and wait eight different times for at least and hour to music that will drive you to upset. First time, I call get told my card is mailed to somewhere- ville in california. I live in Idaho. Next couple of times I call they ask for  A fax of all my personal information ID social security card and a bill with my address to verify my identity ok, and the last four digits of the card I do not have. they have the number so why ask understandable I guess in their minds. Then I call back once again and ask for a manger oh my the call center guy barely speaks English has access to all my information and says they cant send my card which is now two months later almost March and My taxes came in the begining of February still no card and the fax is just no clear enough I even sernt a color copy. Oh yeah by the way there is no manager accoding to the guy who just wants to put me on hold for another hour. Terrible way to retain a paying customer, and really unethica. My mom said she would hire a lawyer for me and get the interest and I can sue for the stress. And this is only part of the story,I do not want to scare you with the rest. Turbo tax card, do you not realize people really can sue you for this:!!!
    • i got accepted o n march the 13 and i have not recieved my turbo tax card

People come to TurboTax AnswerXchange for help and answers—we want to let them know that we're here to listen and share our knowledge. We do that with the style and format of our responses. Here are five guidelines:

    1. Keep it conversational. When answering questions, write like you speak. Imagine you're explaining something to a trusted friend, using simple, everyday language. Avoid jargon and technical terms when possible. When no other word will do, explain technical terms in plain English.
    2. Be clear and state the answer right up front. Ask yourself what specific information the person really needs and then provide it. Stick to the topic and avoid unnecessary details. Break information down into a numbered or bulleted list and highlight the most important details in bold.
    3. Be concise. Aim for no more than two short sentences in a paragraph, and try to keep paragraphs to two lines. A wall of text can look intimidating and many won't read it, so break it up. It's okay to link to other resources for more details, but avoid giving answers that contain little more than a link.
    4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
    5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
