Still haven’t receive refund

I was told by irs that my tax refund has not been processed because they was waiting on one of my employer to send W2 but stated they haven’t heard nothing back from the employer. So I sent in my W2 express 1-day shipping how long would it take them to finish processing my refund

There is no set time-frame for the IRS to Process your tax return and Approve the tax refund and then Send the refund.  It is entirely up to the IRS for when any of that will happen.
