You may experience the error Oops, it looks like we hit a snag when attempting to print or e-file your return. It's typically encountered in Step 2 of the File section of TurboTax Online.
To resolve this error, sign out of TurboTax Online on all open browser tabs and devices (including the mobile app or your mobile browser).
- Clear the browser cookies.
- Restart the Internet browser.
- Sign back in to TurboTax in a single tab on a single device.
- You should now be able to print or e-file your return.
