TurboTax Online error: Snag error screen while attempting to print or e-file your return

You may experience the error Oops, it looks like we hit a snag when attempting to print or e-file your return. It's typically encountered in Step 2 of the File section of TurboTax Online.

Resolution

To resolve this error, sign out of TurboTax Online on all open browser tabs and devices (including the mobile app or your mobile browser).

  1. Clear the browser cookies.
  2. Restart the Internet browser.
  3. Sign back in to TurboTax in a single tab on a single device.
  4. You should now be able to print or e-file your return.
