Your website shows, "printed" in regards to my return. Your phone line says I am not getting a return. I can't get anyone on the phone to answer what is going on. Why?

Printed means you printed the return, but have not yet filed it.

Sorry but Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to print it out and mail it to the IRS yourself.  It has not been filed yet.  You can try to switch to efile.
