My 2019 return was rejected. My 2020 return was rejected because my 2019 was rejected. After a considerable long time frame I received an entry of $1789.98 to my bank account from the IRS. My 2019 return shows a balance due of $537. My 2020 return shows a balance due of $1144. The "rejected 2020 return" shows on your web site as a $1094 credit. There is no entry of any kind on my bank statements reflecting this credit.
It looks as though the IRS made some adjustments to your 2019 return that were in your favor.
But the rejected 2020 return means that the IRS does not have your 2020 return and has not processed it. When you sent it last year the IRS decided it was not a good return for you for whatever reason.
There was an email from TurboTax at the time telling you what the reason given by the IRS was. You need to go back in to the 2020 return, correct the error noted by the reject code, and re-submit the return so that the IRS can process it and issue you the $1094 credit that you mention.
Here is a video on how to correct your rejected return.
