Your transmission didn't go through

I am only trying to e-file my state tax. I have already e-filed 5 Federal and 1 WV State return. But it is not allowing me to transmit another State return.  It has already charged me the filing fee (paid for the first one too).  Any way I can fix this? Using Desktop on Mac.

Thanks for the response. I was able to get a refund for the e-file fee and just mailed it in.
