Is this a software bug? It's super frustrating. Ice been a Turbotax customer for 10+ years, no problems. If its not fixed soon I will request a refund and never come back.

This has been fixed. Make sure you have the latest updates installed. You may need to do a manual update. 

Try clearing your Cache and Cookies and then try this link instructions.

I have the most up to date version since I use the web version. I cleared cookies, cache, switched browsers, and it still is not working. Please advise. This is extremely frustrating!

One reason your return can't be efiled right now is that it might have a form that is not available for efiling right now.  State and federal forms are released on different dates.  You can visit the following TurboTax help article to see if any of your forms are currently unavailable.

If all your forms are available and you can check some of our common solutions.  If your tax return can't be e-filed for some reason, TurboTax will let you know.

This still doesn't appear to have been fixed as of Sunday February 22nd, 2026. I am trying to efile my business taxes (1120s + state) in Texas, using the turbotax online software accessed via quickbooks online (not running any of the locally installed desktop stuff, online only).

Receiving the error message:

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:

Tax Year 2025 transmissions are not available.

I have spoken to customer support already on the phone, they were not able to resolve this. This included all the recommended steps such as clearing cooks + cache, and trying different browsers. Neither Google Chrome, or Safari work. In addition, there are no pending review items anywhere in the online return, everything has been fully completed and is ready to go.

As of right now, there appears to be a genuine bug in the TurboTax online software. Kindly bumping this issue so the tech team can resolve.

It appears several of us are having problems transmitting Georgia Partnership returns.  The product availability date for Georgia continues to show 2/20/26.  Today is 2/25/26.  I've checked for updates and TurboTax tells me I'm up to date.  Current installed updates show program up date as of 2/18/26 and Georgia Partnership as of 2/12/26.  
So tell me if the last Georgia update was 2/12/26 and the forms were available on 2/20/26, should the last Georgia partnership update be after 2/20/26?

I'm experiencing the exact same situation! Texas S-corp business taxes, getting the same error message. It's so frustrating! It's been going on for days.

2PM update 2/25/26 I did not close the TurboTax file before lunch. Came back after a short nap and the transmit button screen was still up. Rather than close I tried again ( I just love rejection and error messages). This time it transmitted.
I don't know if it was lunch, the nap, all the posts about the problem, or they finally fixed the problem, but it worked.

We found the problem with the Georgia business returns.  The state of Georgia was not accepting electronically filed business returns until Wednesday afternoon/evening
