If the results of the tax return that you prepared for 2017 were that you owed $83.00, then that is what it is going to show on your online account.  That does not mean you did not pay.  TurboTax never knows if, when or how you paid your tax due.  The software merely displays the result of the return you prepared.  Your own bank/credit card records are your proof that you paid.
