This is a less than a 1% difference, so may be due to rounding of individual entries.

For the tax liability on 1040 line 44? It depends on what kind of income you have, if you have capital gains or qualified dividends the tax on line 44 is not taken from the tax table but is calculated separately from schedule D. The tax will be calculated on the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet. It does not get filed with your return. In the online version you need to save your return as a pdf file and include all worksheets to see it.
Or where? What line are you comparing?

What taxes should be $9361? Do you mean your refund? What line on your return should be $9361? Is the different the fees to be deducted?
You can (and should) preview your return. Go to TAX TOOLS on the Left side.
(You might have to click a little to the left of "Tax Tools" to make it open
Then click on TOOLS
Then View Tax Summary (first link in the Tools Center box)
Then Preview My 1040 on the Left side again
Then Click Back near the top of your screen to exit the preview screen.

Fed taxes that I paid were $9360.76. My return in your system did NOT show that number.

OK now we're getting somewhere. So the withholding shown on 1040 line 64 and/or estimated payments on line 65? The difference is $63 which indicates a typo somewhere. 2 numbers are transposed, probably on your W2 box 2. Check there. If you can't find it then delete the W2 and re-enter it. That will clear it out.

You gave me a USELESS answer. Your system sucks if it can correctly add numbers.

TT uses the same rounding methods as the IRS. Each entry is rounded to the nearer dollar.
