Your program miscalculated my daughter's age. She was born on 1/4/2013 and the program said she was "3 years old"

Go the Personal Info section and select edit next to her name. See if you entered it incorrectly. She would be 3 for the year of 2016.

She was 3 years old on 12/31/2016.  That is her age for the 2016 tax return being filed.
