Which version for reporting sell of house

You would need to upgrade to the Premier version to handle the sale of a home.  In the event that you have a taxable gain, Premier provides the Schedule D you would need.

This is a thread from last year about ONLINE TurboTax.    This user who started this thread is using ONLINE Deluxe.   That is what is displayed by the threadowner's username above.   Online Deluxe has some form limitations but desktop Deluxe doesn't.

Desktop editions can prepare ALL the usual forms in ALL of the CD/download versions.  The desktop editions including Deluxe can all prepare the same forms, including house sales.  They differ mainly in the amount of help and guidance and whether or not a state program is included.

You asked form TT Desktop Deluxe. It's still there. This original Q is for TT Online Deluxe.
