I sell handmade items. Where do I account for customer returns in Turbo Tax (Part 1 line 2)?

You will enter refunds on the screen that says Here's Your Business Info, under Income, click Add income for this work.

On the next screen, Let's get any additional income, you'll see Rebates/refunds paid. Report any income returned to customers.
