If I bought tools for work that I use at two separate jobs, because I work two jobs, do I claim those tools as expenses twice, as in for both jobs? Or do I only claim them under one?

You only claim the expenses once.
They are work related, so keep it simple and claim them for the highest income job you have.

You only claim the expenses once.
