Filing injured spouse but it wants me to file innocent spouse form?

I filed jointly with wife & injured spouse form with federal return. Trying to review my returns before filing, and it keeps sending me back to the "innocent spouse form" which is NOT correct. Keeps telling me I need to enter in the info in the form but this is NOT the form we need. It even has circular check boxes to help you decide if it's the right form. It states that if I don't do it I have to print and mail in. What do I do??? Also, does Maine not have an injured spouse form to file with state tax return?

You need to delete the innocent spouse form. 

The innocent and injured spouse forms live in the same section and sometimes the innocent spouse form can be inadvertently activated while proceeding the injured spouse form.

To delete the innocent spouse form (Form 8857):

1. Log into your return.
2. In the left hand navigation, click on the Tools link.
3. In the Tools box, click on Delete a Form
4. In the Forms list, find the Form 8857 and click delete.

This should solve the issues you have with this form.

THANK YOU!!! I spent an hour on the phone with TurboTax last night just to be transferred and told I needed to speak with a CPA before being hung up on. I can't believe nobody could help me figure this out! Much appreciated!

I got sent back to the 8857 form about 6 times before I googled the problem I was having and came upon this answer!  I was about to lose my mind with that innocent spouse form!  They should really be separate!  Thank you so much!
