You need to contact customer service to resolve billing issues.

Billing, was billed twice?

I was billed by turbo tax (if it is you) once on 11/5/19 for $109.99 and again onNov 7,2019 for$105.99 under an ID of INTUIT*TURBOTAX[phone number removed]CA. This is twice the price for the package.

   Please investigate and notify me.

This is the public user forum.  No one here can access your account or authorize any sort of refund for you.  You can make your request with Customer Support.  Use the word ”billing” instead of the word “refund.”
