Problem importing Betterment

Hello.  I have tried, multiple times, to import my Betterment data into Turbo Tax & each time I am told it was not successful.  I since heard that it is an issue with Turbo Tax limitations.  As I am not comfortable entering the data myself, what are some other tax preparation software that one can actually use to import?

I heard back from Betterment. They confirmed that this is because my account has more than 500 transactions for the year. The recommended the desktop version. I wish the import tool would tell you that vs. just saying "failed to import".

It seems so if you have more than 500 transactions. If you have fewer, then you should probably check with Betterment to see what the problem is.
