I got married December 16 2018 so I supported the household all year by myself. Can I claim hoh and get the eic

You have to file as Married Filing Jointly or Married Filing Separately if legally married on 12/31/18 and are living with your spouse.  File as MFJ since the standard deduction is $24,000, much higher then for Head of Household.
