If you don't find it there at the link DoninGA provided, then you may have multiple accounts.  To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below.  If you have more than 1 email address, you should run the tool on each one.

NOTE: Before running the tool, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on each email address you have, then run the tool yet again, but this time choose the small blue link that says "I don't know my email address or User ID", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

Are you on the Advantage account?  If you don't want to use Turbo Tax next  year (a year from now) then here's how to cancel Advantage

The whole point of pre-paying is that turbotax locks in a customer and you lock in a favorable price.  If you don't like that arrangement, don't participate.  You won't be able to file any return until the middle of January in any case.

There were some early reports that the software was not installing correctly so if it is not showing up as a Download in your account, it may have been withdrawn for additional work.  That's good, right?  Check back in a few days.  

Of course, also make sure you are looking in the right account and in the right place.
