Where do I input my children's ITIN?

Last year was the first year of filing taxes in the US, and my kids don't have an SSN, so we filed for (and received) their ITIN.  Now that I have their ITIN, where do I input it?  When changing the details of dependents, it doesn't ask for the new SSN/ITIN.

You enter the dependent information in Personal Info.  Go all the way through each screen in the dependent interview and after the screen where it shows the personal exemption amount that you will receive ($4,050) it will ask for the Social Security number.  Enter the ITIN in the box for the SS number.
