If i e filed my 2018 do i need to send all my tax papers or just the coupon with payment?

You do not mail anything to the IRS when you efile your return unless TurboTax specifically referenced a form that must be mailed. This is uncommon. 

Mail your payment with the payment voucher or use direct pay.
