Car dealers paper lists lic. and reg. fee 120.00. Reg. card from the state has fee 20.00. The 100.00 lic. fee is for license plate. Do I deduct 20.00 or 120.00?

Vehicle Registration Fees

I bought a car in Massachusetts. On the dealers paperwork, it says license and registration fee $120.00. On the actual registration provided by the state it says registration fee $20.00. The $100.00 license fee is for the actual license plate, one time only fee. Do I deduct $20.00 or $120.00?

You deduct $20. That's the registration fee.
