I accidentally deleted some farm assets that I fully depreciated last year. Is there any way to undo the deleted information so I can dispose of the assets properly?

You cannot undelete, but you can add them back in. The year you placed the asset in service and entered it on your return, you'll find the information to add the asset back into your return on form 4562 behind schedule C.

When you add the asset, you'll be able to also say you disposed of it and the software will ask all the relevant questions.
