I opted to pay my 2016 Ky state taxes, but I don't have proof of payment. Were these paid?

You can verify that the KY state tax payment was scheduled by following the steps below. 

To verify if you scheduled a debit date for the California state taxes due, follow the steps below: 

  • Sign into your Online account.
  • Go to My TurboTax on the top left.
  • Then select My Tax Timeline. 
  • Scroll down to Some Things You Can Do and select Download All forms and worksheets.
  • The scheduled debit date is found on the State of Kentucky Information Worksheet -Part V

Due to high e-filing volume it take a little while longer for the state to process the payment and it can take your bank another few days to post the debit to your account. To verify if the scheduled payment has been debited you would need to contact the Kentucky Department of Revenue at (502) 564-3226 between the hours of 8:00 am- 5:00 pm for assistance.
