I wasn't able use the online version to finish my taxes and after two hours with support, had to download the desktop version. I had already paid for the online version. Now I can't clear out my information on the online version, because I've paid, and my half-completed taxes are still there. What do I do?

You can't Clear & Start Over (which deletes your tax info and resets the program to the beginning) once you have submitted payment. Your 2017 tax information will remain until the last date to file 2017 taxes using TurboTax Online (October 31, 2018). At which point, the information will be deleted from your account.
