When is earliest i can file

You can start and submit your tax return now. But, the tax filing season will officially begin on January 28th this year. Then the IRS will begin processing returns. Here's an IRS Article that has more information. 

You can begin filing your return here TurboTax. You will be lead step-by-step through the filing process.
