Why did you charge me 59.99 instead of 39.99 to finish my taxes...I did not sign up for that level but it was my only option. I want a refund for the difference.

You can see what you are being charged for. Click on Tax Tools from the Menu on the left side in your return. Click Tools then My Fees.
