If I subscribed and downloaded deluxe but now find I prefer the online version. Will I have to pay again to file? I really like your product but I hate to pay twice?

You can request a refund of the software purchase from this website - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp

However, the online editions can only complete one tax return federal tax return per account and user ID.  The state program is an additional charge using the online editions.  You do not have direct access to any forms, schedules or worksheets using the online editions.
