Do you have a idea how to get this new computer to copy a disk to the computer it will not do it

You can make a folder on your desktop and copy the entire Turbotax CD information to that folder and then install from the desktop folder.

You may need  to configure and set AutoPlay defaults in Windows 10 via the Control Panel. Open Control Panel > AutoPlay
