Last year $2,500 was applied to my 2018 federal estimated taxes. Where do I enter that.

You can enter the amount applied to your 2018 tax by following these steps:

In TurboTax, open your tax return
Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then Deductions & Credits on top of the screen
Scroll down to All tax breaks, locate the section named Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and click Show more
Click on Start next to Income taxes Paid
On the next year, click Yes
On the next page, click Start next to 2017 refund applied to 2018 federal taxes (see attached screenshot)
