How do I enter the current year's depreciation in Sch E as provided by my accountant rather than the TurboTax calculated amount (which is different).

You can enter an override. While in your return, In top right corner select forms view.  In the contents shown in left part of screen select Depreciation Report.  A right-click will allow you to select override in the cell where you want to make the change. Note-if you need to change prior years accumulated depreciation you will need to file an amendment.

Thank you. That's exactly what I want to do, but since I'm in the 'online' mode, apparently I can't, I needed to buy the CD or download the software. I have already paid for the filing, but not filed; I paid so I could get to see the return Before filing, and now find I can't change it. I find this Very frustrating as I have used TT for decades. Any further suggestions? Thanks for your help!
