I can't select the deluxe edition after I selected the Self-Employed edition. I found out that my business expenses as a W-2 employee, do not justify the extra cost of the Self-employed edition, so I want to switch back to deluxe.

You can downgrade using the Clear and Start Over feature but bear in mind that the different TurboTax "flavors" handle different tax situations and their associated forms.
