Can I use TurboTax if I work in multiple states for my normal jobs and also have a 1099 from a small business I own and operate? Or does a CPA need to do my taxes?

You can do your taxes, as TurboTax can handle multiple state filings and also income from self employed.
The on-line product you would use is TurboTax Self-Employed.
Please see below for more detail on a Sch C and filing with more than one state.
