How do I change the date of EFT payment from my bank to IRS for taxes due?

I filed my Federal return a couple of days ago and set 3/31/17 as my EFT payment date for taxes owed.  I would like to change that to pay asap to minimize the penalty I owe due to not paying in enough during 2016.  How do I change the payment date?
