Claim what?   No.   If your marriage ended in the 2020 tax year then you cannot file as married for 2020.  Your 2020 filing status will be either Single or Head of Household (if you are the custodial parent of the children).  Your filing status is determined on the last day of the tax year.

If you are not legally married on 12/31/2020 then you can only file your 2020 tax return as Single or if you have a qualified person as a dependent Head of Household.
